1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Jili 55 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through jili-55.net and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Jili 55.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the Jili 55 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of Jili 55 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any other gaming platform operated by Jili 55.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

Jili 55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts will be subject to review in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and features on Jili 55, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information current.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
• Verification: Jili 55 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or UMID.
• Account ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any credits, winnings, or bonuses associated with it to any other person.

Jili 55 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Jili 55 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱1. Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Jili 55 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Jili 55 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Jili 55 may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30–60 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Jili 55 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits are withdrawable at any time subject to verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Jili 55 offers various bonuses, promotions, and vouchers to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Philippine residents only.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Jili 55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in good faith.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Jili 55 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a promotion was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the Jili 55 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. The following terms apply to gameplay:

• Each game has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on independent verification. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, Jili 55 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account.
• Jili 55 reserves the right to void any game round where it determines that a technical error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the relevant wager will be returned to the player.
• Players must not exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game behaviors. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are not valid and will be reversed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jili 55 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. Jili 55 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer formats.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider. Jili 55 will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and may pursue recovery through legal channels.
• Abuse of staff: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward Jili 55 customer support staff or other players. Such conduct will result in immediate account suspension.
• Unauthorized access: Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the Platform's systems, servers, or databases without authorization.

8 Responsible Gaming

Jili 55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We recognize that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take that seriously.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods directly within their account settings.
• Self-exclusion is available to any player who wishes to temporarily or permanently restrict their access to the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Jili 55 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it identifies signs of problem gambling behavior, including but not limited to unusually large or frequent deposits, extended play sessions, or requests to override self-imposed limits.
• Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform through alternative accounts during the exclusion period. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Jili 55 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of Jili 55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Jili 55.
• The Jili 55 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Platform. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jili 55 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if Jili 55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond Jili 55's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or actions of third-party service providers.
• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information provided on the Platform for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Jili 55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

Jili 55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. The full details of how we handle your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

Jili 55 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — such as payment processors and KYC verification services — solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Jili 55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• By you: You may request account closure at any time by contacting Jili 55 customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• By Jili 55: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where we determine that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and Jili 55, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. We are committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR for licensed online gaming operators. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
